I made this cotton wall hanging in 2002. It's 8 1/2" x 11." I deliberately left the edges raw to experiment with texture and sewed the piece by machine. Mola appliqués, a type of vibrant multi-layered work, were part of my inspiration for Seeds of Peace.
I made this wall hanging in 2003 from synthetic felt. I sewed it entirely by hand. The design of the appliqué arose from my love of masks.

This is another one of the abstract linocuts I made in 2006. I again printed the block upside down on itself which gives the print its symmetry.

Here's another gouache painting I made in 1997. It's part of the series of brightly coloured spontaneous works I did. I've also listed this one in my etsy shop.
In the 1990s, I made a series of gouache paintings for which I had no planned outcomes. I loved the bright colours of these water based paints and the enlivening process of surprise. I call this painting Fantasy because of its unconscious elements and have listed it in my etsy shop.
While I was travelling recently, I stayed in a house in the countryside. There, the owners had hung a lovely tiny antique dress on a wall. I don't know if it was a doll's dress or that of an infant.
